At Top Baseball Bats, we want you to love your purchase! We sell high-quality baseball bats from top brands like Louisville Slugger, Easton, DeMarini, Rawlings, Marucci, and more. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with a fair and straightforward returns process.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or request a refund/exchange.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with all original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  • Bats must not show signs of use ( no dents, scuffs, tape residue, or break-in marks). We inspect all returns.
  • Custom or personalized bats ( engraved or custom-weighted) are final sale and non-returnable unless defective.
  • Sale/clearance items may have limited return options — check product page for details.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged bats (beyond manufacturing defects)
  • Clearance, final sale, or “as-is” marked items
  • Perishable accessories (e.g., grip tape if opened)
  • Items returned without original packaging/tags

How to Start a Return

  2. We’ll provide a Return Authorization and instructions (including a prepaid return label for eligible returns in supported regions).
  3. Ship the item back using the provided label or your preferred carrier (track your package!).
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item (usually within 5-10 business days), we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Zelle, CashApp, Chime etc).
  • Refunds typically process within 5-10 business days after inspection, but it may take longer depending on your bank/payment provider (up to 14 days in some cases).
  • Shipping fees: Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product). Return shipping is free for eligible returns in [list regions, e.g., US/Canada]; otherwise, customer pays return shipping.
  • Restocking fee: A 10-15% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns (to cover inspection/processing). No fee for defective/damaged items or our shipping errors.
  • If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately — we’ll cover return shipping and issue a full refund (including original shipping) or send a replacement at no cost.

Manufacturer Warranties & Defects

Many baseball bats come with a manufacturer’s warranty (1 year against defects). For cracked barrels, manufacturing issues, or other defects:

  • Contact the manufacturer directly (details in product packaging or our reviews).
  • We assist with warranty claims and can facilitate returns where possible.
  • Defective items are eligible for full refund or replacement even after the 30-day window, per manufacturer terms.

Exchanges

Prefer to swap for a different size, model, or color? We offer exchanges within the 30-day window (subject to availability). Contact us to check stock — we’ll handle the swap with minimal hassle.

International Returns

For orders outside [your primary shipping regions, e.g., US/Canada], return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Refunds exclude international duties/taxes.
